I've decided to turn on monthly payment instead of payment per new arrangement (which usually also came down to monthly payment). By turning on monthly payment, I've a bit more freedom in the content I create (since I used to only charge money for new arrangements). The rewards remain exactly the same! And don't worry, I'll still try to write 1 to 2 new arrangements per month...
