2024-11-14 19:47:37 +0000 UTCIβm honestly SO happy Joe gave The Batman a second chance, and got some better insight on the βamateurβ side of Batman shown in this movie. I think every aspect of this Batman screams βrookieβ, including the sort of goofiness of the costume. I also think showing him as a hide-away emo kid that tinkers with his car, shows the origins of his cleverness with gadgets and obsessing over small things. It makes sense for someone who had that tragedy. I like that he didnβt rely on Lucious for everything. If anything, I think the movie deserves a rewatch or two, even if itβs not the best.

The cast were all French (but the movie is in English) & was actually filmed in Morocco. The Directors said it was ment to be a "non descript" location. All very confusing Great flick though!
