Iām going to add more than 2 cents apparently, here are my notes up to the hour mark: * Reagan/Trump takeaway that popped into my mind: People worship the Reagans because they did āgood for the peopleā without realizing that they ONLY did āgood for the *rich *white peopleā, whereas people worship Trump FULL-ON REALIZING that he wanted to help only rich white people openly and brazenly and unapologetically. The difference is important but it boils down to worshiping people in a way that no human deserves. We need to preserve democracy, everywhere in the world (but not in a āworld policeā way since those types of actions are usually in the interests of corporate profits and not people), because the people should take care of each other using the government as a tool to do so, rather than having one person in a āgod-likeā position to support the interests of the few who already have power. * Ooh love the āwhatās spoken, whatās NOT spokenā partāthis is so true, but so many people miss these important connections! Unfortunately I started watching at 1 am (EST in the USA) because I spent most of the day installing two ceiling exhaust fans in two bathrooms of my homeāa thing I had never done before. I was greatly encouraged to do this by the recent TikTok trend of āthe gay audacity to do thingsā which I have realized is an immense part of my personality (though I prefer the more inclusive āqueer audacityāš)! But yeah, your video is as amazing as expected because your deep dive really does dive DEEP in a way that I did not predict, couched in your delightful delivery style, and I am genuinely surprised by most of your takes on things in most of your videos including this one (often bolstered by research, as in this case, which is great because not only are you backing up your perspective, but your findings can be surprising in themselves)! P.S. it is definitely funny someone tried to call you drunk when your love for cannabis is *literally* illustrated in the illustration on your wallā¦ šŖ“ ā®ļø Iāll put the other penny of my two cents on this video in when I get the chance to watch the entirety of it š
