In France, it would be written 13.99โฌ, but often with this kind of digital sign, the โฌ sign is displayed quite small. Sometimes, the .99 may be written with a smaller font too.

But I have two questions: 1) the plushie price. In dollars in the states it would be $13.99 and so in France it's E13.99, simple as that? Guess I thoughts Euros were written differently. And: 2) is Emile's car a right-hand drive or is that just the perspective used in that panel? Agreed with drawing the goods on grocery shelves and can only say a hardware store would probably be worse!
