Cape Fear & Sins of the Night (Air Date: 1/27/96)
Added 2022-01-27 03:59:45 +0000 UTCHappy Humpday, Homies! Hereβs your dose of Drive-In Theater for the week! It aired exactly on Joe Bobβs birthday back in β96! π₯°
Thatβs my lilβ reminder that TOMORROW is the Big Guyβs birthday! Iβll be posting something fun here, but also weβre having a Halloween 3 watch party over on Twitter in his honor. π₯° Iβll be streaming the movie (probably here) for folks who donβt have it, then anyone who wants to can tweet along, and send their thoughts on the movie and some Happy Birthday wishes to JB. He definitely wonβt be watching the whole thing with us (shock! π), but Iβm trying to talk him into popping in for at least a few minutes, hopefully when I do a Twitter Spaces after the movie. π₯°
Have a great rest of the night, and Iβll see you tomw for Joe Bobβs Birthday Bash! π€π€π€

2022-01-28 00:47:31 +0000 UTCThis is another day where there can be the unwrapping of cake and the lighting of presents or events very similar to that. May it be a Merry Happy Birthday.
2022-01-28 00:47:21 +0000 UTCMY Lord! Patreon hates my VPN... (sign in issues). Man I wish I coulda afforded cable TV back in '96. I was still in College at the U of Nebraska and Jumping out of C130's once a month with the NEARNG at that time (and spending most of my GI Bill at the https://dublinerpubomaha. back at a time when the IRA was still roaming and taking up "donations" when the true Irish musicians came through the Midwest). JB, Dude, I LOVE watching these ancient shows (man you're getting old... : ) JK Bro, you have not missed a step. Still awesome. Just wish I would have discovered you earlier. Happy Birthday. Drinking some Two Gingers Irish in your honor (they're HQ'd out of Minneapolis, heard you were in that neighborhood not too long ago.. Excellent whisky, way better than Jamison)

2022-01-27 14:31:07 +0000 UTCJust got my copy of VHS MASSACRE TOO. It's a great documentary about exploitation movies and the decline of physical media and Joe Bob makes the film so much better. He gives some really insightful info in the doc. Thanks Joe Bob!
