Mittwoch ist zurzeit der anstrengendste Tag in der Woche ๐. Ich habe Leichtathletik Seminar in der Uni und im Anschluss trainiere ich fรผr eine bessere Ausdauerschnelligkeit ๐ฅต. Danach will ich dann einfach nur Duschen und mich ins Bett legen ๐ฅฐ.
