Sadly, sometimes Chinese people will "report" on a neighbor, co-worker, or even family member for practicing Falun Gong. This might be done to get revenge, get that person fired, or other personal motivations. In this way, a person might practice Falun Gong exercises only in their own home, but still get thrown in jail for it.
