Time for Plumbing w/bonus content

The existing one was wobbly (due to a broken support plate) and stiff to lift the handle, a really bad combo. It shouldn't take two hand to turn on the water. So I got a new faucet and replaced it. And now I am all proud and happy every time I see it :)
