About tier names

Every now and then I get some messages of people mistaken Level 1 ($5) with the "Thank you" ($1) tier, I dunno why, maybe because of the value.
I thought my tier descriptions were clear enough but for some people they're not. There are people who don't even read the descriptions, they just assume Level 1 is the first option.
Because of that I'm considering on making some changes, what do you suggest me?

I was gonna suggest "Level 0", too. Maybe "Entry Level" instead? Or the "No Level" as you mentioned. I was also gonna vote for "leave the way it is. people should read", but since so many people asks, and this affects you (cluttering you inbox and also affecting the people who message you for more interesting/important things) I opted for the "Change thank you". I just noticed, you already renamed it "Level 0". Nice!

2021-04-13 21:52:29 +0000 UTCI wanted to suggest Level 0 as well as the simplest, but it seems I was beat by a margin. :D The clearest is probably to shift all the levels, but definitely give this a decent chance.

Renaming all the tiers would imply to change all the art design of my Patreon (sets showcase, tier descriptions, about etc) Leaving it alone would just make me feel bad about it ๐ฅบ even if its just a few people, I still care about everyone receiving what they wanna receive ๐ฅด EDIT: CHANGED. "Thank you" is now "Level 0" (thanks guys who suggested this) Description is now: "TYSM ๐ฅฐ ๐ Rewards starts at Level 1! But here in this tier you have some perks too ๐ โ Access to my Patreon-only feed โ 1 pic of each monthly sets (samples) โ News, previews and upcoming plans โ BONUS SETS when we reach the goals"

2021-04-13 18:52:33 +0000 UTCThen you gotta weigh how much that matters for you If it does then change it, Or If itโs not much people, handle it on a case by case basis OR (I just thought about this) Use the vedobot, and mass message only your tier 1 and $1 tier patreons like halfway through the month to confirm if they are in the right tier or are confused

So I assume itโs because itโs not the first option. It means it doesnโt matter what I do, itโs still gonna happen ๐ Sounds like I have two options: Rename them all or do nothing. There are not many people who get mistaken, but it makes me sad that these people were expecting one thing, they wait the whole month and finally discover they were at the wrong tier.

Cause if itโs quite a bit of potential people subbing to $1 when it fact they want to sub at the $5, then the benefit might be worth it If itโs not much, well, the majority say leave it alone, so the work may not be worth the hassle

2021-04-13 17:55:20 +0000 UTCI Dont really think changing the names of tiers would upset people all that much. I could be wrong, but itโs pretty simple fix if itโs causing you issues. People wonโt read fully, it happens lo the time in all aspects. Never fully read so maybe just level 1-6 would be better and easier
