As I don't know yet how to create fences which can be automatically built, those fences are objects for the moment.

Please tell me what you think of them and if you need more swatches to perfectly suits your decors....

I gave a try to create my own floors textures as I did with the latest wallpapers collection to see if it gives more flexibility and it gave me an idea: What about creating a modular floors collection? I remember I looked for that type of CC for long hours without so much success.

It's longer to apply than a simple floor in the game but I think the result gives...
