AEW Rampage/Battle of the Belts III [Van Andel Arena, Grand Rapids, MI] update (upper decks added again, big movement)

They added sections 220-227 back into the mix and a lot of those seats moved over the last 48 hours. This type of sudden movement usually means a big match announcement (which didn't happen), ramped up local presence (radio, local ads) and/or comps. Either way, this show wasn't looking good weeks ago and now could come close to their Dynamite average (which is also close to the Rampage average)...
